Located in the residential landscape of Vadodara, this project is a contemporary minimal residence tailored for a growing family. The architectural form is a sophisticated exploration of geometry and volume, characterized by a stacked arrangement of rectilinear boxes. This composition is strategically broken up by contrasting grey planes, which serve as visual anchors, grounding the lighter white masses. The deliberate interplay of solid and void creates a dynamic, layered façade that offers privacy while ensuring a sense of openness. ​

A critical requirement of the brief was the building’s interaction with the surrounding environment, specifically a lush green society garden directly opposite. The stepped-terrace configuration perfectly addresses this, ensuring that internal living spaces on all levels—not just the ground floor—benefit from prioritized views. The open balconies are positioned to frame these green vistas, effectively integrating the public garden as an extension of the private residential experience. Inside, the spaces flow openly, reflecting the contemporary minimalist aesthetic and prioritizing functional adaptability for the family’s evolving needs.
