Located in Vadodara, this residence underwent a transformative renovation evolving from a compartmentalized typical house into a more spatious and modern living space. The challenge was to open up the living and dining to form a single spacious volume, without compromising the structural integrity of the house. Additional structural girders were added to span the large volume and open it up strategically to bring in more light and ventilation.

A highly curated material palette brought in a lot of warmth to the living areas all the while giving a unique character to the house. The result is an airy, highly functional home that effortlessly adapts itself to a dynamic lifestyle.
