Situated in the expanding periphery of Vadodara city, the 3000 sqft condominium is owned by a young couple and their two kids. The design intent was to create a space to counter the stimulus created by City living; an oasis of peace and tranquility. The main design challenge in this expansive 4 BHK single floor unit was to keep it as minimal as possible while imbibing individual design considerations of all the occupants. 

The residence, although amply spacious, required a curated material palette to cut down the monotonous spaces yet not lose out on the overall minimalistic sense. The grey floor tiles used in the entire apartment, not only stitch the spaces together but also provide a very neutral tone to the residence. Pristine white walls comined with nominal wooden panelling exemplify elegance and quiet luxury.
