Set amidst a lush farmland, this pavilion-style farmstay is designed to immerse its occupants in nature. The architecture prioritizes permeability, featuring open verandas and shaded seating zones that dissolve boundaries between the built environment and the surrounding landscape.

The project’s defining feature is a series of shallow brick dome ceilings spanning the semi-open spaces. These brick domes introduce thermal mass, light play, and regional craftsmanship, crowning the living verandas with a sense of grounded elegance. The structure thoughtfully wraps around existing trees, allowing mature trunks to pierce through concrete cutouts and act as natural anchors within the layout.

Exposed brick walls, smooth concrete slabs, and a plunge pool bordered by timber decking complement the organic context. Complete with a traditional suspended swing (jhula) and open dining areas, the retreat blends contemporary pavilion minimalism with rural tranquility, creating a light-filled sanctuary tailored for relaxed farm living.
